Our Free Open Day for 2026 is back.. Come and join us and bring your friends for FREE. You will be able to join any class (or all of them) for free. You have literally nothing to lose. You can meet the instructors and have a chat. You can have a look around and speak to some of our members if you wish, or just come to be nosey.
You will be able to to take part in Zumba, Power Pump, Kettelbells, Bag Blast, Indoor cycling, speak to your 90/Ten fat loss coaches, Functional Fitness, Weightlifting, Powerlifting coaches and much more.

We will have a few stalls for early Christmas trinkets. If you have something you want to sell, send us an email info@velocityfitnessgym.co.uk

Bring the kids for a fun dance Zumba kids dance class. See if we can give them the bug.

Refreshments will be on offer all day.

We can’t wait to see you all again. This was huge success in 2025 and we want this year to be bigger. So if you missed out last year, keep an eye out for the booking system to go live soon.
